Equipment at the customer premises is linked to the alarm control panel. If a problem occurs a message is sent via a telephone line (or radio signal if GSM) to the ARC. If a message is received by the ARC emergency services and/or keyholders can be notified (dependent on type of monitoring).

Equipped with the latest technology, our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is fully protected and has an in-depth failsafe system. Our ARC is staffed by highly trained operators, who are proud of our response times to any reported incident.

NACOSS approval gives us full authority to contact the required emergency services.
